Effective 11 August 2026. These Terms govern access to and use of FrameDreaming. By creating an account, making a payment, or using the service, you agree to them.
You must be at least 13 and meet the minimum digital-consent age in your location. If you are not old enough to form a binding contract, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
Provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly report unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Accounts may not be sold, shared abusively, or used to evade restrictions.
FrameDreaming provides conversational and workplace tools for creating and managing AI-generated images and videos. We may use third-party models, infrastructure, authentication, storage, and payment services. Features, models, limits, output characteristics, and availability can change.
You retain rights you already hold in prompts, uploads, and other input. You grant FrameDreaming and its providers a worldwide, non-exclusive, limited licence to host, copy, transmit, modify, and process input only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have all permissions needed for the input and requested use.
As between you and FrameDreaming, and to the extent permitted by law, you may use outputs generated for you subject to these Terms, third-party provider terms, and the rights of others. AI outputs may not qualify for intellectual-property protection, may not be unique, and similar output may be generated for others. You are responsible for legal and rights review before publication or commercial use.
Do not use the service for illegal activity; child sexual exploitation; non-consensual intimate content; credible threats; fraud, impersonation, or deceptive evidence; harassment; malware; privacy invasion; unlawful discrimination; infringement; bypassing safeguards; account abuse; scraping; reverse engineering; or high-volume automation through interfaces not provided for that purpose. Do not misrepresent AI output as authentic evidence.
We may use automated and human review to prevent abuse, investigate reports, remove content, limit features, preserve evidence, or suspend or terminate accounts. Where appropriate, you may contact support@framedreaming.com to ask for review. We may report content or activity when required by law or necessary for safety.
Generation prices are shown in USD before confirmation and may vary by model and settings. Balance is a limited, non-transferable right to use eligible generation features; it is not cash, a deposit, or withdrawable currency. Balance added on the web and balance added in the iOS app are the same balance on the same account. We may correct balances affected by error, fraud, chargeback, or refund.
Prices, currency, and applicable taxes are shown before payment. FrameDreaming sells matching monthly plans on Web and iOS, plus one-time Credit top-ups. Subscription Credits reset each billing period; purchased Credits do not expire. Prices may change for future purchases.
Payment refunds and balance releases are governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes guarantees, remedies, or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.
If you believe content processed or displayed through FrameDreaming infringes your rights, email support@framedreaming.com with your contact details, the work or right concerned, the relevant URL or generation identifier, and a good-faith explanation. Do not knowingly submit false notices.
AI output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, similar to other output, or unsuitable. Review output and obtain professional advice where needed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties that may lawfully be excluded, and FrameDreaming is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Liability that cannot be excluded remains limited only as permitted by law.
You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, risk, non-payment, legal requirements, or discontinuation. We may change these Terms and will update the effective date or provide additional notice when appropriate. Continued use after changes takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
FrameDreaming is an Australian sole trader. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without consent; the operator may transfer them as part of a reorganisation or sale.
