FrameDreaming supports Text to Image, Image to Image, Text to Video, and Image to Video. Chat helps shape an idea conversationally; Workplace gives direct control over the mode and settings.
The final USD price appears before generating. Images are priced by model; videos are priced per second by model and resolution. Editing a prompt in a generation form is free; Chat text replies and image analysis are billed in USD.
An eligible technical failure that produces no usable result releases reserved iOS balance or refunds the web payment. A completed result is normally charged even if it does not match a subjective creative preference.
Everything is paid from one Credit balance. Web and iOS offer the same subscription plans and entitlements, plus one-time top-ups. Subscription Credits are spent first; purchased Credits never expire.
Commercial use may be permitted subject to these Terms, applicable law, third-party model terms, and the rights of others. You are responsible for checking trademarks, copyright, likeness, privacy, and other rights before use.
You retain the rights you already hold in your uploads. You must have permission to use them. Rights in AI outputs can vary by law and may not be exclusive; similar outputs may be generated for other users.
FrameDreaming processes prompts, uploads, and outputs to provide the requested service. Third-party AI providers receive content needed to perform a request under their applicable terms. Any broader training or improvement use should be disclosed in the Privacy Policy or requested with an appropriate choice.
Web subscriptions are managed through Stripe and iOS subscriptions through Apple. Cancellation stops future renewals; purchased Credits remain available.
Review the Refund Policy, then email support@framedreaming.com from the account email with the purchase date, amount, channel, and receipt reference. Eligibility depends on the circumstances and applicable consumer law.
Use the account deletion control where available or contact support@framedreaming.com. Deletion is permanent. Limited security, transaction, dispute, and legal records may be retained where required or permitted.
AI generation is probabilistic. Simplify conflicting instructions, identify what must remain unchanged, adjust one variable at a time, and use a source image when visual continuity matters.
Email support@framedreaming.com with the account email, affected tool, time of the issue, generation ID if available, and screenshots that do not expose secrets or full payment details.
