Generation prices are shown in USD before you confirm. Payment works differently on the web and in the iOS app.
Image and video generations have a USD price. The amount varies by media type, model, duration, resolution, and other settings. Browsing, writing prompts, and reviewing your Library are free.
FrameDreaming recalculates and shows the final USD price before confirmation. The server verifies the selected model, resolution, and duration instead of trusting a price sent by the device.
An eligible technical failure that produces no usable result releases the reserved iOS balance or refunds the web payment. A completed generation is normally charged even when it does not match a subjective creative preference.
On the website, Stripe adds the amount you choose to your balance: pay US$5 and US$5 is credited, pay US$100 and US$100 is credited. The minimum single top-up is US$5 and the maximum is US$500. Apple Pay may appear as a Stripe payment method on eligible devices. Balance never expires and is spent at the price shown before each generation.
The iOS app offers the same monthly plans and Credit entitlements as the web, plus one-time purchased Credits that never expire.
For an unexpected charge, duplicate purchase, refund delay, or missing balance, contact support@framedreaming.com from the email associated with the account. Include the date, amount, payment channel, and receipt reference, but never send full card details.
