Effective 11 August 2026. This policy sets out what may and may not be created with FrameDreaming, how content is reviewed, and how to report something. It applies to prompts, uploads and generated results, in the app and on the web.
FrameDreaming generates images and video from text and from material you upload. Everything you submit and everything the models return is covered by this policy, including private results that are never published. Breaking it can mean a blocked generation, removed content, restricted features, or a closed account.
Sexual content involving minors, in any style or context, real or generated. Sexual or intimate imagery of a real person made without their consent, including nudity added to an ordinary photo. Content that sexualises a real person who is or appears to be a minor. There is no artistic, satirical or research exemption for anything in this section, and confirmed cases are reported to the authorities where the law requires it.
Do not upload a photo of someone else and generate content that would embarrass, defame or misrepresent them. Do not create material that shows a real, identifiable person saying or doing something they did not, in a way that a reasonable viewer could take as real. Public figures are not an exception when the result is presented as genuine. Use your own likeness freely; use someone else's only with their permission.
Do not create fake evidence, fake documents, fake news footage, or synthetic media intended to defraud, impersonate, or manipulate an election. Do not create content that harasses, threatens, or incites violence against a person or group, promotes self-harm or eating disorders, glorifies terrorism, or provides operational instructions for weapons, drugs or attacks.
Only upload material you have the rights to use. Do not use FrameDreaming to reproduce copyrighted characters, artwork, footage or trademarks in a way that infringes the owner's rights, or to imitate a living artist's style in order to pass work off as theirs. You are responsible for clearing rights before you publish or sell a result.
Prompts and uploads are screened before generation, and results may be screened after it. Screening combines automated classifiers with human review of flagged cases. A blocked generation is not charged. We keep enough information about blocked and reported content to investigate and to meet legal obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Every result has a report action, and you can email support@framedreaming.com at any time. Include what you saw, where you saw it, and the generation identifier if you have it. Reports about sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or a credible threat are treated as urgent and reviewed ahead of everything else.
Depending on severity and history, we may block a single generation, remove content, restrict features, suspend an account, or close it permanently. Severe violations result in immediate closure without warning. If you believe a decision was wrong, email support@framedreaming.com from the account address and ask for a review; a person will look at it.
AI capability and the abuse that follows it both change quickly, so this policy will change with them. We update the effective date and, for material changes, give additional notice. Questions about this policy: support@framedreaming.com.
